DENVER ELITE LACROSSE TEAMS
HIGH SCHOOL TRAVEL CLUB TEAMS POWERED BY TIERNEY LACROSSE

WHAT IS DENVER ELITE LACROSSE?

Denver Elite Lacrosse consists of a number of high school lacrosse teams that travel to recruiting tournaments in the fall and the summer. Denver Elite is run by the Denver Pioneers lacrosse staff. High school players that live within a 50 mile radius of the University of Denver campus are eligible to play on these teams.

We also have two Denver Elite Junior teams that will be picked from our Youth Winter Indoor League.

WHAT MAKES THIS AN ELITE EXPERIENCE?

Players who tryout for Denver Elite will work with an amazing NCAA Division I college staff. Players will experience practices that are very close to the ones that the DU lacrosse program goes through. Denver Elite will consist of top class coaching from former Team USA and MLL All-Star goalie
TREVOR TIERNEY and current MLL All- Star attackman MATT BROWN. Teams and practices will be overseen and planned by six time national champion and Hall of Fame lacrosse COACH BILL TIERNEY. For more information on our coaching staff, go to their bios on the staff button above in the navigation bar.

WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT FOR AN ELITE LEVEL PLAYER?

Denver Elite travels to the best tournaments in the fall and summer so that players get exposure to college coaches around the country. Also, due to the high level coaching staff, Denver Elite is a great way to improve your skill and knowledge of the game. Players will learn what coaches are looking for, what it takes to get recruited, and what they need to work on to be able to play at the top level in the game. If you want to play college lacrosse, then playing for Denver Elite is an important step to take in reaching that goal.
