2011 DU LACROSSE WINTER INDOOR SHOOTING CLINIC

2011 DU LACROSSE WINTER INDOOR SHOOTING CLINIC
POWERED BY TIERNEY LACROSSE

NOTE: THERE IS NO GOALIE CLINIC THIS WINTER. WE WILL BE HAVING SEPARATE GOALIE CLINICS AT SOME POINT. THIS CLINIC IS FOR ATTACKMEN OR MIDFIELDERS ONLY!

The University of Denver lacrosse program is planning winter clinics for the 2011 winter season. These clinics focus on positional skills and drills to prepare players for their upcoming spring season. The clinics are directed and overseen by legendary head coach Bill Tierney, Matt Brown and Dylan Sheridan.

These indoor clinics are an awesome opportunity for players to keep working on their skills in the cold of winter and make sure that they are not getting rusty for the upcoming spring season. We will concentrate on position specific skills for shooters. They will learn secrets and tips from former Denver Outlaws star attackman and DU associate head coach, Matt Brown. This is an awesome holiday gift for the up and coming lacrosse star!

2011-2012 DU PIONEERS WINTER INDOOR LEAGUE

2011/2012 DU PIONEERS WINTER INDOOR LEAGUE SESSIONS I AND II

2011/2012 DU PIONEERS INDOOR LEAGUE SESSION I

Please note this is the registration for Session 1 of the indoor league only! You must register separately for Session 2. Thank you.

The Pioneers are offering two sessions of indoor leagues for players in 5th through 8th grade. This is another great way for kids to hone their skills in preparation for their season. The indoor league is a great way for younger players to get tuned up for the regular season. We play these games at Carroll Butts which has a full sized rink with sport turf, which is perfect for the winter. The glass around the rink keeps the ball in play and youth players get the chance to work on their stick skills in a little bit tighter quarters than they are used to. Playing indoor lacrosse is one of the reasons that young Canadian players have such great stick work and now we are bringing that same opportunity to improve for our young Colorado players! We see players that play in these leagues make vast improvements.

DENVER ELITE JUNIOR TEAM
From this league, we are going to pick four DENVER ELITE JUNIOR teams (Novice, PeeWee, Bantam, Midget) which will travel to the July 1st Canada Day Tournament in Calgary, Alberta. These teams will consist of the best players from both session of our winter indoor league. For more information on these teams, click HERE.
