FAQS ABOUT OUR PROGRAMS
NOTE : Please check here first if you have a question about our camps or clinics. If you do not see your question on here, then please email Trevor Tierney at trevor.tierney@gmail.com and the answer will be posted on this page within a day or two. Thank you!GENERAL QUESTIONS
What forms of payment do you take?
All payments for these offerings will be done by credit card. We will not accept checks at the event. This website will allow you to register without making a payment, but we will not let your son participate unless full payment has been made through this system. We recommend simply paying by any major credit card as you sign up through this system. If you cannot make a payment right away as you sign up, then we will send you a reminder or two before the event begins.
What if I forgot to pay for my child when I registered him for a camp?
If you have already registered your son for camp and have not paid, all you have to do is click on the EDIT MY ACCOUNT tab on the sidebar to the left. It will ask you for your email and password and then prompt you for payment.
What is your refund policy?
Certain programs may have different deposits and refunds, but the general rule that is if you need a refund on a certain program, then we will charge 10% of the total payment to cover bank and admin fees if you cancel a week before a camp or clinic starts. If you cancel in under a week of a camp or clinic starting or you leave early, we will only be able to refund you 50%. There are no exceptions, even for injuries.

WINTER INDOOR PROGRAM QUESTIONS
Are the boys required, (or would you recommend) for them to attend both sessions this year?
No, the boys are not required to play in both sessions to make the Denver Elite Box team. Yes, we would recommend it simply from the standpoint that it would help them become better players. We have seen players improve dramatically in the indoor sessions.
Will teams be chosen after both sessions are complete (February), or will boys be chosen from both sessions and notified at the end of each session (December/February)?
The teams will be chosen after both sessions are complete.
Would boys who only take the November/December session have as much of a chance to make the Canada team as someone taking the January/February session?
Yes. It does not matter what session you participate in.
